These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and educational services provided by HaloTech Academy, operated by PT. Nagamulia Teknologi Nusantara ("we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing this website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or enrolling in a HaloTech Academy program (bootcamp, mini bootcamp, webinar, or other services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Participant Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 17 years old or have obtained consent from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
3. Registration and Payment
Program registration is considered valid once payment has been received according to the applicable scheme (full payment or installments, where available). Program pricing may change at any time without affecting the rights of already-enrolled participants. Cancellation and refund policies follow the specific terms communicated for each program.
4. Intellectual Property
All learning materials, curricula, videos, documents, and other content provided within a program are the property of HaloTech Academy and are protected by applicable copyright law. Participants may not copy, distribute, sell, or share materials with third parties without our written permission.
5. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the program, whether interacting with instructors, mentors, or fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program without a refund if they are found to have committed a serious violation, including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or unauthorized distribution of materials.
6. Certificates and Learning Outcomes
Completion certificates are issued based on meeting the attendance and/or assignment criteria set for each program. HaloTech Academy does not guarantee any specific job outcome or career result as a direct consequence of completing a program.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including technical disruptions, delays in accessing materials, or unmet participant expectations.
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, including curricula and program schedules, with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved amicably, or through legal channels available in Indonesia if necessary.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page, with an updated revision date.
